SmartestCard_EngYellow998.jpg September is Library Sign-Up Month

Library Card Sign-Up Month-September is Library Card Sign-Up Month: What’s the card that lets you travel the world, attend wizardry school, get your homework done and help your parents get ideas for cooking dinner? It’s a Signal Hill Public Library card. A library card is cooler than being cool because you can use it for so many things and it’s free! During September children (and adult) signing up for a new library card will receive a library card holder.
