Signal Hill Social Club/Bingo Club

Join us at the Signal Hill Public Library for a morning of games, coffee, and conversation. Bring your friends to the Signal Hill Social Club, a club for active adults ages 55 years and older. Activities include:

  • Catching up over free coffee and refreshments
  • Making new friends
  • Getting computer help 
  • Learning classic games such as bridge, pinochle, and dominoes
  • Spending time browsing books before the Library opens to the public
  • Playing Bingo! 

Meeting Time & Location

  • The Social Club meets every Tuesday of the month (please see monthly calendar for times).  
  • Early Library Access is at 11:00 a.m. at the Signal Hill Public Library:

COVID-19 Changes to Public Library Programs and Events

To keep the community safe and to ensure continued operations, the Signal Hill Public Library is temporarily pausing all in-person indoor events and programs that require close contact and in-person gathering. The Library will remain open for regular business hours. Everyone inside the Library must wear a mask (over the age of two) and stay distanced from those outside of their household.

Impacted programs and events include the following:

  • Active Adults in-person indoor events, including Senior Social Club
  • All Story Time programs
  • Homework Help, in-person computer assistance and all one-on-one services that require close contact
  • Teen programs, including Library Drop-In and Homework Help
  • January monthly events including First Friday Book Club, Anime at the Library, Classic Films at the Library
