City Hall and Community Services Closed

City Hall, the City Yard, the Community Services Department, and the Public Library will be closed on Fridays, September 2020 through December 2020. These Friday closures are due to employee furloughs, to help address a projected budget deficit for the next fiscal year. Otherwise, City facilities are open by appointment only due to COVID-19 restrictions. We continue to encourage you to do business with us via phone or e-mail. The Signal Hill Police Department is be available 24/7. For emergencies, dial 9-1-1. For non-emergency assistance, call Dispatch at 562-989-7320.
