Your information and privacy are protected.
There are only a few questions, and responding takes just a few minutes of your time. The annual census simply counts every person living in the United States. Census data determines how much federal funding goes to communities like ours. If we are under-counted, we will be under-funded for the next decade. Census data determines funding for crucial things like roads, schools, school lunches, support for needy families, firefighting, disaster preparedness, hospitals, and more. The results of the census also determine the number of seats each state will have in the U.S. House of Representatives, and they are used to draw congressional and state legislative districts. Your response matters.
Census takers are currently visiting households that have not yet responded to the Census. Avoid a visit from a Census taker and make sure you have responded to the 2020 Census. It’s the law.
