Beginning Monday, May 17, Signal Hill City Hall and the Community Services Department will open to walk-in visitors at limited capacity. Visitors must be able to attest that they are symptom-free and have not been recently exposed to COVID-19. All members of the public entering City Hall are required to wear face coverings that cover the mouth and nose, and adhere to all physical distancing guidelines. We continue to encourage you to make an appointment with us or do business with us by phone or online. Visitors with an appointment will be served first.
