Victims of crimes or persons involved in traffic collisions may request the report at the front desk of the Police Department during normal business hours. The person requesting the report must fill out a request form and show proof of identity. The fee for the report is $20 and must be paid by cash only in exact change.
Insurance companies and law offices may obtain crime reports or traffic collision reports by mailing the request, along with a check for $20, to the Police Department's Records Division: 2745 Walnut Ave.Signal Hill, CA 90755
