Signal Hill's Homeless Count is scheduled for Wednesday, January 22, 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. This is part of the Greater Los Angeles County Annual Homeless Count. The results of the annual count provide a critical picture of the trends, progress, and scope of community members experiencing homelessness within the Los Angeles County area. The results also help drive decision makers’ opinions about how to address our homeless crisis.
Help us provide a great service to our community by joining us to count our homeless neighbors throughout the City of Signal Hill. Your support will help make a difference in the lives of our community members experiencing homelessness and will shape how we address our community’s homelessness crisis. We will provide training and guidance before and during the Count. You can register to volunteer online. Space is limited, please register by January 3, 2020.
