If you have any questions or concerns about the conduct of a Signal Hill Police Department employee, you may ask to speak with the on-duty Watch Commander either in-person or by calling 562-989-7203. The Watch Commander may be able to answer your questions about policies and procedures which might provide a better understanding of the actions that an employee may have taken.
The Signal Hill Police Department seeks to maintain its integrity and that of its employees. Any person, regardless of age or citizenship, may file a citizen's complaint. You may file electronically, in person, by phone at 562-989-7203, or by mail. In all cases, your complaint will be thoroughly investigated.
