Sandbags are available in the City Yard at 2175 E. 28th Street on Thursday and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Supply is limited to 10 sandbags per residence. Proof of City residency is required. After hours, a limited supply of sandbags will be available at the same location outside the gate.
