City Hall is Closed to the Public Until Further Notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with L.A. County Health Orders, the Finance Counter at City Hall is closed to the public.

Please use alternate means of paying your water bill. You can pay online, by mail or by phone. The drop box at City Hall is also still accessible (no cash please). The Water Customer Service line is available to assist you during regular business hours at 562-989-7315.

Water Shutoffs Suspended  

In support of the City’s continuing efforts to promote public health and safety, the Signal Hill Water Department will be suspending all water shutoffs through at least June 30, 2020. 

Please be assured COVID-19 has no impact on the quality or supply of Signal Hill’s tap water and should not disrupt water service to customers. The Signal Hill Water Department is following all state and federal health and water quality guidelines relating to COVID-19 and will continue to maintain any compliance practices if new regulations are developed.
