Changes to Signal Hill water meter rates and water usage rates will take effect starting January 1, 2022. This rate change is per City Ordinance No. 2020-01-1512, passed on January 28, 2020. Auto-Debit / Paperless Billing

If you are a current customer and would like to sign up for paperless billing and/or auto draft, please complete this form (PDF) and return to WaterCustomerService@cityofsignalhill.org.

New Water Service Account

To open an account for new water service, please call 562-989-7315. You will need to fill out the Water Service Application  (PDF) and return to the Water Department via email at WaterCustomerService@cityofsignalhill.org, or mail to City of Signal Hill, 2175 Cherry Ave., Signal Hill, CA 90755.
