Changes to Signal Hill water meter rates and water usage rates will take effect starting January 1, 2021. This rate change is per City Ordinance No. 2020-01-1512, passed on January 28, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Finance Counter at City Hall is open by appointment only. We are not accepting walk-in visitors. Please call Water Customer Service at 562-989-7315 if you need to make an appointment to come to City Hall in person.
City Hall, including the Finance Department and Water Customer Service, will be closed on Fridays in September, November and December 2020. We strongly encourage you to pay your water bill online, by mail or by phone. You can also drop off your payment in the drop box outside the entrance to City Hall 24/7, no cash please. The Water Customer Service line is available to assist you during regular business hours at 562-989-7315.
