The Community Services Department has moved! You can now find our offices inside the new Signal Hill Public Library, located next door to City Hall. The new address is 1800 E. Hill Street, and the entrance to our offices is adjacent to the Library's. However, our hours have not changed. We're still open Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Our phone number is also the same: 562-989-7330.
