[ARCHIVED] Virtual Programs with the Signal Hill Public Library

Join us for New Virtual Events

While the Public Library is closed due to COVID-19, we’re pleased to offer a variety of virtual programs for the whole family this fall and winter. You’re invited to join us for fun, socializing and learning, all from the safety and comfort of home. 

Virtual Book Club

Join us on Zoom for a virtual Book Club! Ages 18 + only. Books will be available for curbside pick-up at the Library. Registration is required. Call 562-989-7323 or register online

  • Thursday, December 17: 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Book: You Are a Bad A**: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life by Jen Sincero

Story Time for Kids

We’re excited to offer Story Time via Zoom, on select Wednesday mornings! All ages are welcome, but Story Time is primarily for kids ages 0 – 6. Please register online or call 562-989-7323 during business hours. We’ll provide the Zoom meeting ID and passcode upon registration. 

  •  Wednesday, December 16: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.: Holiday Happiness

Virtual BINGO

Join us on Zoom for a fun afternoon of BINGO with friends! All materials will be supplied. BINGO is limited to 15 participants per session. Registration is required, and space is limited. Please register online or call 562-989-7323 during business hours. Registered participants will receive a link to the Zoom meeting the week of the scheduled date.

  • Thursday, December 10, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. For ages 5 and up. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
