Charlie Honeycutt was elected to the Signal Hill City Council in November 2024. Charlie previously served the Signal Hill community for over 30 years during his career as City Manager, Deputy City Manager, Director of Public Works, and volunteer.
Charlie was a key member of a City team that created strong economic stability, cleaned up oil fields to make room for affordable housing, shopping centers, and the auto center. He oversaw the construction of the new library, police station, and several parks.
Charlie currently serves as President of the Signal Hill Police Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports Signal Hill Police Officers and sponsors events that build positive community relationships.
