Building Inspection Hours
Inspection appointments are made directly with the Building Inspector and are scheduled Monday through Thursday mornings.

Please call or email at least 72 hours in advance to schedule an inspection. Contact Sr Building Inspector Joe Cruz at 562-522-6390 (mobile) or jcruz@cityofsignalhill.org with the job address and/or permit number. Please leave your name, telephone number, and a brief message if you have a building construction question. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
