All requests for public records should be directed to the City Clerk's Office. Please fill out the Records and Information Request Form, providing as much details as you can on the records you are requesting. If you have any questions regarding submitting a public records request, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (562) 989-7305.

While it is not mandatory to request public records in writing, having a completed Public Records Request Form allows the City Clerk’s Office to respond in a timely manner.
The City Clerk's Office will respond to your request within 10 days from receipt of the request.
