The City of Signal Hill is working hard to eliminate graffiti promoting gang-related activities. Your help is needed in this effort.
Reporting and Removing Graffiti
The City has launched two programs - a removal program and a reward program - in order to eliminate graffiti. The City will remove graffiti from private property if it is visible from the street. Please keep the community looking its best by reporting graffiti.
Rewards
The City will also authorize rewards of up to $500 to anyone who provides information leading to the identity and conviction of a graffiti offender.
