Alleys
The street maintenance personnel perform alley cleanings every other month to remove items that have been illegally dumped. Signal Hill residents can have their bulky items picked up free of charge either by arranging for a special collection or by taking advantage of the spring and fall bulky item pick-up events .
Potholes
City streets are monitored daily for debris and damage. Please report potholes by using our Citizen Request Form.
