Auto-Debit / Paperless Billing

If you are a current customer and would like to sign up for paperless billing and/or auto draft, please complete this form (PDF) and return it to the Water Department via email at  WaterCustomerService@cityofsignalhill.org.

New Water Service Account

To open an account for new water service, please call 562-989-7265. You will need to fill out the Water Service Application (PDF) and return it to the Water Department via email at WaterCustomerService@cityofsignalhill.org, or by mail to City of Signal Hill, 2175 Cherry Ave., Signal Hill, CA 90755.
